YouGov Recommend Rankings 2022 Top Ranked: New Zealand
In New Zealand, the most recommended brand is Air New Zealand with 85.2 score, followed by Singapore Airlines with a score of 75.5. AA Life and Burger Fuel take the third and fourth place with a score of 75.3 and 74.2 respectively. The top 5 is completed with New Zealand Senior scoring 72.3.

The YouGov Recommend Rankings 2022 are calculated using data we collect from members of the public in markets around the globe every day, from our flagship YouGov BrandIndex tool.
Every brand’s performance is tracked daily against a range of metrics, and our Recommend ranking measures the percentage of a brand’s customers who would recommend it to a friend or colleague. The rankings data can be further developed with YouGov Recommend+ a fresh approach to understanding consumer advocacy.
All brands have been tracked for at least 6 months to be included in the rankings. The scores would be representative of the general population of adults 18+. All Recommend scores would be rounded to a single decimal place. Base Size: 300 minimum (Except DK, FI, NO, NZ and SE)
