The way people gamble with current limitations under the global pandemic is evolving. During the lockdown, limited access to offline gambling arenas or live sports events have probably turned gamblers into legal online gambling platforms. Over the past 12 months, more than one in five Australians have gambled online for money.
YouGov's latest study reveals that 24% of Australian gamblers talk openly about gambling with their friends and family. It’s probably because Australian gamblers think online gambling is fun (10%).
